    Sarah is a Transpersonal Arts Counsellor, combining person-centred talking therapy with creative arts processes. Art is her passion and she believes it is for everyone giving us the power to grow creatively, aid healing, and allow access to joy and relaxation.

    Sarah is experienced working one to one with all ages, abilities and differences, specialising in neurodiversity, anxiety, depression, stress, relationship difficulties, childhood and adult trauma, life transitions such as the menopause and school change adjustment, grief and bereavement, communication issues and neurodiversity.  She enjoys working with therapeutic and wellbeing groups having worked at the local Ashdown Hub Charity for 5 years. She runs a private practice from her studio. The Potting Shed Lingfield, offering arts counselling to children, young people and adults.
