DRAWING FROM WITHIN: Imagination in Trauma Recovery

With Kate Smith

Mon 20 & Tue 21 July 2026, 10am – 4pm

Cost: £160.00

About the Course:

In this workshop we will explore the therapeutic use of creativity and imagination in healing trauma, to strengthen, resource, alchemise and make meaning.

Drawing on insights from the practice of psychotherapy and shamanism, we will use embodied experience, creative arts, guided visualisation and nature connection to draw from the well-spring of soul.
